OK I thought I lost this blog when facebook started making changes, but I'm glad that I searched for it today....So its 2011 now and the beginning of a new year. The Number 1 resolution people make every year is to lose weight..some are successful and some are not, but hey as long as we have breath and the use of our limbs we can always get up and try again.....Now the thought of losing weight is good until you realize hard work and self motivation has to be enforced...It can be easy or it can be hard, but that's up to you...If you believe you can do it, YOU CAN...if Not, you wont..So speak your success into existence and never doubt yourself....We all can help one another with tips that once worked or whats working for us now. (If you have dieted before)....You have the power to overcome any obstacle at hand. If you believe you can do it, then you can do it. The mind can be a terrible thing sometime, but it's also the mind that gives you the drive to take on any task to be a better person....So lets get this started and always .STAY ENCOURAGED, STAY DETERMINED, AND BE A WINNER...

Words of Encouragement: "WHEN THE OBSTACLES IN LIFE SEEM TOO HARD TO OVERCOME, DON'T GIVE UP. JUST CONTINUE TO PUSH AND BELIEVE THAT THERE IS NOTHING TOO BIG OR SMALL FOR YOU". If you believe that you are a winner, nothing can stop you from accomplishing your goals. Weight loss is a hard task to tackle, but when you believe in yourself and you have that mind set that nothing can stop you, you will be and feel be fit, fun, and fabulous in no time.

Other Suggestions: Purchase a set of 5lb weights...when your just sitting there watching television or just doing nothing..these weights can come in handy to get your arms in shape. If your a walker, also purchase leg weights. They make a difference.

Thanks

I would like to take the time out to thank all of you from joining and taking the first step to feeling healthy and looking great..This is something that I am very serious about and I hope you are too..Many make attempts to lose weight, but are often unsuccessful with their attempts for many reasons. This challenge started off as a challenge between me and my bestie, Stephanie Baldwin, but I decided to invite others to join because we all have the want or need to shed a few pounds and sometimes it makes the progress go a little bit faster and a little less painless if you have support (especially if you know someone else is enduring the same pain as you are). We all may not know one another, but we can definitely be a support team from afar. One thing I would like to promise you is that "IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP ON ME, I WON'T GIVE UP ON YOU"...It only takes a few minutes of pain to endure a lifetime of happiness..There are times when you will feel discourage, especially when in the beginning you start gaining weight before losing it, but its just the process...don't be discouraged, be encouraged and know that you always have someone here for support. GOODLUCK TO YOU ALL!!!!!!
